Other Features

PRLeap’s social sharing function aimed exclusively at optimizing releases for Social Media sharing and use is a unique feature among release websites and is an integral part of the model rather than an afterthought. They have recognized that Social Media sites enjoy tremendous SEO recognition and are leveraging this knowledge and expertise to improve the interest rate of client’s releases.

Releases issued on the site go to all the main aggregator sites and search engines as you would expect and their blog and ‘About Us’ section does a tremendous job of humanizing the creators and their site and putting a face to the business.

PRLeap has had a redesign recently that gives the site a clean, bright functional new look. The releases and vital information are organized logically and are easy to find and read. The blog and social media functions are great additions to the field and the site is truly a breath of fresh air in the often staid and repetitive world of press release websites.

I wanted to sign up for their monthly pricing plan but was never given the option. Instead I was forced to pay a higher price for a single release. So I didn’t actually use their service at all. Really poor sign up procedure!

  2. Gary Davis

The cost is not bad – just $119 for two releases, but they do not allow links in the release so not much of a SEO benefit to be had 🙁
